Baby #4||week 31

What I look like this week:

What Rose looks like this week:
This week, according to BabyCenter, Rose is measuring over 16 inches long. She weighs about 3 1/3 pounds (about the size of a coconut) and is heading into a growth spurt. She can turn her head from side to side, and her arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath her skin. She's probably moving a lot, too, so you may have trouble sleeping because your baby's kicks and somersaults keep you up. Take comfort: All this moving is a sign that your baby is active and healthy.

Weight gain: 108lbs, up two pounds this week-- a total of 14lbs this pregnancy.

Sleep: Sleeping pretty well, waking up once a night to use the bathroom and still being woken up early by Rose's kicking.

Eating:

Some pictures from this weeks eats:

Top: Whole Foods deli turkey (warmed up) with black olives wrapped with fruit and a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Bottom left: Grilled salmon, carrots and broccoli
Bottom middle: Oatmeal, flex seeds and egg whites topped with peanut butter
Bottom right: Popcorn and watermelon

Movement: Lots of kicks, rolls and hiccups. I looked down yesterday to find Rose practicing breathing. I saw my stomach going up and down gently, it was so amazing. I remember Trent doing the same thing around this time.

What I'm loving: That we have only 8 weeks or less before we are holding Rose!

Symptoms: Still having vivid dreams, strange body parts falling asleep, dry skin, heartburn. I have been having so many braxton hicks contractions this week. Friday night, I had so many that I started recording the times they were coming. Luckily they stopped after I fell asleep.

Exercise: Starting this week, I have been getting round ligament pains after my waddle/jog morning workouts. I don't want to risk anything happening  and going into labor any earlier than I probably will, so I have been cutting back the distance I go.
