Baby #4||week 30

What I look like this week:

What Rose looks like this week:
This week, according to BabyCenter, Rose is about 15.7 inches long now and weighs almost 3 pounds (about the size of a large cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds her, but that volume will shrink as she gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. Her eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after she's born, she'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day. When she does open them, she'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means she can only make out objects a few inches from her face. (Normal adult vision is 20/20.)

Weight gain: 106lbs, no weight gain this week-- a total of 12lbs this pregnancy.

Sleep: Not too great this week-- being away from home wasn't easy. I still fall asleep right away, but wake up a few times a night and wake up really early.

Eating: We went away to Hershey Park in PA this past week and I definitely enjoyed some not so healthy foods. Since being home, I have been eating much better though! Rose deserves a healthy mama to grow in!

Some pictures from this weeks eats:
Top left: Grilled chicken sandwich with swiss cheese and lettuce
Top right: Egg white with swiss cheese on a croissant
Bottom left: Pecan Nut thins with organic baby carrots
Bottom Right: Organic oatmeal mixed with egg whites, chia seeds and topped with peanut butter!

From Hershey Park:
Two cookies sandwiching Reeses Cups and roasted marshmallows! YUM!

Movement: Big kicks and rolls! Rose also got a lot of hiccups this week after I eat!

What I'm loving: Being home! I love our routine, our boys thrive on it and it is nice to get back into the swing of things at least until we go away again at the end of August for a family members wedding and my maternity pictures!

Symptoms: Still having vivid dreams, strange body parts falling asleep, dry skin, heartburn and braxton hicks, randomly.

Exercise: Continuing to walk 5 to 6 times a week, anywhere from 1-3 miles depending how I feel.

 MONDAY, JULY 27: 3.01 miles
TUESDAY, JULY 21: 1.54 miles
WEDNESDAY, JULY 22: 2.61 miles (plus walking around Hershey park for 6 hours)
THURSDAY, JULY 23:OFF (away)
FRIDAY, JULY 24: OFF (away)
SATURDAY, JULY 25: OFF (away)
SUNDAY, JULY 26: 2.21 miles
TOTAL MILES: 9.37 miles
