Baby #4||week 29

I can't believe it's the last week in the twenties!

What I look like this week:

What Rose looks like this week:
This week, according to BabyCenter, Rose is growing rapidly now. She weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. Her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and her head is getting bigger to accommodate her growing brain – which is busy developing billions of neurons. Every day, about 200 milligrams of calcium is deposited in your baby's skeleton, which is now hardening. With this rapid growth, it's no surprise that your baby's nutritional needs reach their peak during this trimester.

Here are a few pictures from my ultrasound last week. We had such a great time watching her kick, open her eyes, yawn and suck on the cord. Rose was so calm the whole time, I hope she is that easy going come September!

Back to week 29 update:

Weight gain: 106lbs, same as last week-- a total of 12lbs this pregnancy.

Sleep: Not too great this week. I fall right asleep when I first go to bed, but then wake up a few times and have trouble falling back asleep.

Eating: Still pretty well! I did buy a pint of Ben and Jerrys and ate the whole thing (over the course of a 4 days.)

Some pictures from this weeks eats:

Top left: Mini strawberry wheats
Top right: My favorite oatmeal with egg whites topped with peanut butter
Bottom left: Snack on the go strawberries, grapes and half a banana
Bottom Right: Turkey (warmed up) and avocado wrap with a side of baby carrots

Movement: Big kicks and rolls! Rose also got a lot of hiccups this week.

What I'm loving: Knowing that in 10 weeks (or less!) we will be holding out sweet girl! Considering Landon was already born at this point, Oliver came in 8 weeks and Trent came in 7 weeks I'd say Rose will be coming before her c-section date, but you never know!!!

Symptoms: Still having vivid dreams, strange body parts falling asleep, dry skin, heartburn and braxton hicks, randomly.

Exercise: Continuing to walk 5 to 6 times a week, anywhere from 1-3 miles depending how I feel.
 MONDAY, JULY 20: 3.08 miles
TUESDAY, JULY 14: 3.45 miles
WEDNESDAY, JULY 15: 1.61 miles
THURSDAY, JULY 16: 1.03 miles
FRIDAY, JULY 17: 2.12 miles
SATURDAY, JULY 18: 2.60 miles
SUNDAY, JULY 19: OFF
TOTAL MILES: 13.89 miles

What I'm looking forward to: Obviously meeting our sweet girl in 10 weeks (or less!)

Left to right weeks 9, 19, and 29! Grow, baby, grow!

Countdowns:

Days until our next appointment: 6 days
Days until the boys first day of school: 53 days
Days until C-Section date: 70 days
